When I first decided that I wanted to start my own business, I did some research, went to networking events, read as much as I could but honestly I was still confused and had challenges believing I could actually do this and make money.  I had always worked in Corporate America for others building their business and helping them make money.  I wished for a step by step guide and someone to walk me through all I needed to know, do and be to be successful and support me when I had questions or just wasn’t feeling that sure about how to make it all happen.
 
Well that’s why I created the Idea to Implementation program.  You get a step by step guide to some of the most valuable lessons I learned and information that I have gathered to get you started quicker, faster so that you go farther and start making money right away!

Discovery Phase

In this phase you get CLEAR and decide what type of business you would like to start. Identify your passion, skills, experience that will create the ultimate business for you to share your gifts with the world and make a difference in the lives of others.

Creation Phase

In this phase of the program you will CREATE your business plan, create a strategy, identify your target market, identify your ideal customer, identify product/services you provide to solve problems customers/client have. Create Marketing Strategy.

Launch Phase

In this phase of the program you will create systems to capture your clients information, create product/services, website design, product marketing, advertising, getting the word out about you and your business, collaborations/partnerships. Commit to Action, Launch your Business.
